Apartment guarantee for students at Campus Roslagen
All students studying at either KY- or university level at Campus Roslagen (for at least 15 points per semester) are guaranteed a student apartment for the duration of the educational programs. This will enable you to live comfortably in a modern apartment and have everything you need within walking distance. While most of our tenants study at Campus Roslagen, those of you who study at a location other than Norrtälje, are also always welcome to contact us regarding student housing.
Modern apartments in the heart of the Campus
Campus Roslagen today has 300 student apartments – all of a high standard and located in pleasant surroundings. Since the buildings are of significant historical value, in 2002 they were K-marked (a nationwide Swedish system for protecting buildings of national historical importance), they were then carefully renovated internally to create modern and well-equipped apartments; all with their own bathrooms and stylish kitchen areas containing a sink unit, fridge/freezer, microwave and conventional cooker.
In the autumn of 2009 we will be able to offer an additional 60 student apartments. We would like to offer you the opportunity to look at and decide exactly which type of apartment you would like to live in. Most of our apartments have 1 room ranging in size from 25 to 45 m2, and we also have a smaller number of 2-room apartments.

Guest services
If you live on Kaserngatan 7 or 9, you can book the laundry room, the pool room and the dining room via the Internet. Do you live in one of our other houses? Contact the local landlord representative to get a keycard and login information to book the dining room and/or the pool room.
Regardless of which of our houses you live in, you can always book the laundry room with the cylinder hanging in your apartment. Just lock the cylinder into the booking board outside the laundry room.

After we have received your application, we will contact you to book a time to show our apartments. You will get the opportunity to choose which one you prefer. If you can’t come to see us, we will book the apartment that you have picked out by looking at our floor plans (use link below).

Important! A mandatory Internet fee, SEK 99 per month, will be added to the rates below. All rates are based on 10 months per year (June and July are normally free of charge). Furnished apartments are offered at an extra charge, SEK 261 per month. See renting policy.
